Contact Details and Requirements in Purchasing the Unit

I'm of keen interest with STUDIO TYPE unit available. I would like to know whom we're going to deal with in terms of the legal requirements, process and procedures in purchasing the unit, i.e., contact details of the real state broker or agent. Is this direct from agent?
