I am interested to know more about this townhouse in Las Pinas as I am looking for a place to buy in Metro Manila. I would appreciate it if you can send me the "plan" of the house.

You mentioned that price might be lower to avoid foreclosure. How much would be the discount if we will assume the balance from the bank?
