If I have to buy this house and I live in the US, what are the requirements? Thank you.

Dom's Reply: For Filipino citizens, here's how to buy this house for sale in the Philippines:

1) You need to make a non-refundable deposit or earnest money to take this house out of the market. The deposit will form part of your payment.

2) Payment must be in cash. We will consider installment payments based on how much down payment (% of total amount) you will make and how many months you can complete the payment.

3) The sale must complete within 30 days from the time of deposit, otherwise it will be up for sale again.
