Taiwan Article Confuses Future OFW

I am planning to be a caretaker in Taiwan and I am planning to apply this week to one of the agencies here in Manila. I read about the caretaker in Taiwan in Wiki site and your site. I am afraid now.

I thought caretaker is better than cleaner or domestic helper jobs, because I would be on a medical side. And those jobs are maintenance side. A caretaker could be a caregiver someday, then a nursing aide afterwards. But... *sigh*
